N John Street, Farmer City, IL on March 07, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Prospective prime
bidders are requested to attend.
Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions
received up to two business days prior to conference.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner
will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and
delivered as follows:
Bid Date: Thursday March 14, 2024.
Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. CST, local time.
Location: Office of the School District, 411 N John Street, Farmer City, IL
Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Description
Project consists of removing existing EPDM membrane and modified bitumen
roofing and portions of existing insulation on the various roofs of Blue Ridge High School and Schneider
Elementary. Roof area at the High School is approximately 33,600 square feet and roof area at Schneider
Elementary is approximately 35,600 square feet. New insulation will be installed, damaged insulation
will be replaced with a cover board over top and a new fully adhered TPO membrane will be installed
along with required flashing and roof edge.
