entrance. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids in duplicate until the bid time and date at the
location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions
to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Location: Champaign CUSD #4 Administrative Offices, 502 W Windsor Road,
Champaign IL 61820.

Champaign CUSD #4 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive
any informalities and irregularities in the bidding and to accept the bids deemed most
favorable to their interest, after all bids have been examined and evaluated.

All prospective bidders should schedule a site visit to confirm the existing conditions. Site

Description
Project consists of the addition of emergency lighting and fire alarm
devices at both Centennial High School and Central High School.
