Pre-bid meeting will convene at 9:30 EST, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the Monroe Convention Center, Rogers Room, 302 S College Ave, Bloomington, IN 47403. There will be a tour of the project area immediately after the pre-bid meeting.
