Job Purchase Information:

Prime Bidders may obtain three(3)complete sets of bidding documents for a $100 Refundable Deposit per set,checks made payable to Vintage Archonics,(include the job name in the reference line). Sub Contractors will be allowed to purchase sets at a price as long as they are bidding under one of the Prime Bidders.Fax a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to Eastern Engineering Supply-Ft. Wayne and deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering Supply-Ft. Wayne Office.
The $100.00 plan deposit will be refunded provided that a bid is submitted and said plans and specifications are returned in good order within ten (10) days of bid date. Additional sets may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page (plus Processing Fee and Tax). (Partial sets may NOT be ordered for this job).
Although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping prices (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
