Job Purchase Information:

ONE complete set of plans, specifications, bid forms and instructions to bidders is available to each General Contractor. No Deposit is required for General Contractors. Any additional sets may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page.
Subcontractors/Plan Rooms may purchase their sets per the options and pricing listed on the Order page.
- Only complete sets of of documents may be purchased. Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required (before printing) for purchases.
Although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping prices (based on the weight of one set of one Division) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply, are added in at the end of the order, and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
