A prebid meeting will be held at 11:15 AM on April 1, 2026 at Jennings County Education Center, 100 S Webster Street, North Vernon, IN 47265 - Door C (behind the building). The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Some facilities will be open for inspection at this time, as well as by appointment. Sealed proposals will be received by Jennings County School Corporation at, Administration Office, 34 West Main Street, North Vernon, Indiana 47265, until April 16, 2026 1:00.00 PM, at which time and place proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposals received after April 16, 2026 1:00.00 PM will be returned unopened. Proposals shall be for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the:

Job Purchase Information:

Bidding documents may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page Contract Documents may be purchased from Eastern Engineering, 9901 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038; www.distribution.easternengineering.com; Phone (317) 598-0661. A refundable deposit of $75.00 is required for each complete set of plans and specifications. Any unsuccessful bidder will be refunded their deposit upon returning said plans and specifications in good order within ten (10) days of the bid date. Each Bidder is responsible for shipping cost or providing a shipping number for billing to the bidders account.(plus Processing/ECO fee, Shipping when applicable, and Tax). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required before printing purchases.


If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
