Description

Project consists of general work to include a new electrical room on the B Wing first floor to replace existing electrical equipment located throughout the basement in mechanical rooms and chases. A portion of one existing classroom is used for the new electrical room and the remaining space is combined with a second classroom to form a larger classroom space. General work includes new partitions, doors and frames, acoustical tile ceilings, carpet tile flooring and painting. Technology work will consist of new infrastructure for new IT Room and removal and reinstallation of existing door security hardware. Fire alarm work will consist of removal and reinstallation of existing fire alarm devices. Mechanical work will include conditioning of the new classroom, electrical room and adjacent IT room.
