Pre-Bid Information Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting ONSITE - 727 Moon Road, Plainfield, IN 46168 Wednesday - April 22, 2026: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Use South entrance. Park in lot West of project. A list of names for people attending must be provided one week in advance of the meeting for DOC gate approval to be onsite. Please email them to: Johgrimes@idoa.in.gov

Job Purchase Information:

Complete sets of bidding documents are available to bidders for a $150.00 Refundable Deposit check per set, made payable to Studio View Architecture.

Email a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to fishersplanroom@easternengineering.com and deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering-Fishers.

Additional sets may purchase bidding documents per the options and pricing listed on the Order page (plus Processing/ECO fee, Shipping when applicable, and Tax).

Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required before printing purchases.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
