A prebid conference will be held at 2:30 pm, EST, on April 24, 2026 at West Lafayette Jr/Sr. High School, 1105 Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN (meet at Door 10 on the south side of the building). Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, and bidders can ask questions concerning plans/specifications for the Project.

Notice is hereby given the governing body of West Lafayette Community School Corporation (“School”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide work and services related to routine operation, repair, and/or maintenance of its buildings and facilities at West Lafayette Jr./Sr. High School (“Project”). Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., EST, on May 6, 2026. Bids must be delivered to West Lafayette Community School Corporation District Office, 3061 Benton Street, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted and returned to that bidder. Bids will be opened and read aloud in public immediately after the closing time.
