Sealed proposals will be received at the Auditor’s Office, 100 S Main St., Auburn, IN, until 10:00 a.m. on June 8, 2026. Bids received after the 10:00 a.m. deadline will not be considered but will be returned to the bidder unopened. All proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the County Commissioner’s Meeting at approximately 10:30 a.m. on June 8, 2026. Only proposals from those CONTRACTORS who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation’s current listing of Prequalified Contractors for E(C) “Bridge Deck Overlay and Minor Bridge Repair” will be considered. Any bids submitted by CONTRACTORS not approved for this item on the list will be returned to the bidder unopened.
