Notice is hereby given that the New Albany Redevelopment Commission (“Owner”) will receive sealed bids regarding the Charlestown Road and Slate Run Road Intersection Modernization Project at the New Albany Redevelopment Commission, 142 E Main Street, Suite 212, New Albany, Indiana 47150 until 11:30 a.m. (local time) on June 9, 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Bid Proposals received by the allotted time will be publicly opened and read aloud at the New Albany Redevelopment Commission meeting held on June 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (local time) at New Albany City Hall, 142 E Main Street, Room 100, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
