Sealed Bids for the Town of Speedway, Indiana, Leonard Park Playground Improvements Project, will be received by the Town of Speedway (Owner) at the Town of Speedway Clerk Treasurers Office located in the Speedway Municipal Building at 5300 Crawfordsville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46224, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, (Local Time), on September 2, 2026; at 2:00 PM the Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall of the Town of Speedway, located at 5300 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway, IN 46224. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF SPEEDWAY, INDIANA, LEONARD PARK PLAYGROUND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected.
