A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 1:00 PM (local time) on August 27, 2026 at the Greencastle
Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 510 Columbia Street, Greencastle, IN 46135. This meeting
is not mandatory, but attendance is strongly recommended.

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTP Service Building Addition Project will
be received by the City of Greencastle at the office of the Mayor's Executive Assistant, located at
1 North Locust Street, Greencastle, Indiana 46135 until 3:00 PM (local time) on September 8,
2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Greencastle Council Chambers
of City Hall beginning as soon as possible on the same date. Any Bids received later than the
above time and date will be returned unopened.
