A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM local time on Monday September 21, 2026, at the
Elwood WWTP, 900 South J Street, Elwood, Indiana 46036.

The Owner will receive bids for the Construction of Project, and all related accessories, in Elwood, Indiana all in
accordance with the Construction Drawings and Specifications. Bids will be received until 5:45 PM local time, on
Monday October 5, 2026, in the City Municipal Building at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office, 1505 South B Street,
Elwood, Indiana 46036. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud at 6:00 PM local time in the City Municipal Building Council Chambers at the same address. Prior to the
bid date, Bids shall be delivered to: City of Elwood Clerk Treasurer, 1505 South B Street, Elwood, Indiana 46036.
The bid envelope must be sealed and state “BID – CSO 1 WWTP Improvements”.
