Description

Description

The project consists of partial roof replacement on campus Building X. Roof replacement consists of removal of existing TPO roofing and all associated insulation and replacing with a fully adhered TPO membrane roofing, R-30 insulation on approximately 2,100 square feet of roof area with all associated sheet metal flashings and trim. The project will be constructed under a single contract.

Up to (3) complete sets of bidding documents are available to PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS/ROOFING CONTRACTORS (NO PLANROOMS) for a $50 Refundable deposit check OR non-cash deposit plan per set, made payable to Isaksen Glerum Wachter, LLC (include the name of the job in the reference line). Scan a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to Eastern Engineering-Champaign Office, Champaign@easternengineering.com AND deliver the original check (for all orders) Eastern Engineering-Champaign Office, 404 E. Downloadable and Printed Sets of Bidding Documents may be ordered per the options listed on the Order page (plus Processing Fee/Eco Fee, and Shipping/Delivery and Tax when applicable). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required (before printing) for purchases.

Subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to obtain plans through Roofing Contractors although additional sets will be available at the cost of printing. Contractors are required to order documents online or send a written request. When requesting documents, identify the contract or trade you are bidding. Roofing Contractors who do not submit a bid will forfeit their drawing deposit. Additional shipping charges will apply.
