A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 30, 2026 at 9:00 am at Town Hall, 141 W Third Street, Roanoke, IN 46783 with an opportunity to visit the site immediately following the conference. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
