A pre-bid conference will be held on March 15 at 2:00 p.m., local time. Bidders are to meet at the Conference Room located in the Support Services Center, 55910 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, IN, 46545. A tour of the project sites can occur after the conference. Attendance by bidders at the meeting and site tour is optional, but recommended, in order to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.
