A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Office of the School District, 411
N John Street, Farmer City, IL on May 22, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Prospective prime
bidders are requested to attend.
Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions
received up to two business days prior to conference.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner
will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and
delivered as follows:
Bid Date: Thursday May 30, 2024.
Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. CST, local time.
Location: Office of the School District, 411 N John Street, Farmer City, IL
Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Description
Project consists of providing a new entry door and secure vestibule out of a portion
of the existing District Offices on the north end of the Blue Ridge High School. The work includes,
masonry, aluminum entries, bullet resistant construction, gypsum board, acoustical tile and finishes.
MEP work includes fire protection modifications, mechanical modifications and electrical modifications.
