Description

Description

Project consists of selective demolition of portions of 1,000 square foot existing concessions building and addition of approximately 2,000 square feet for public restrooms, storage and new concessions space. Work includes poured concrete footings, slab on grade, masonry foundations, wood framed walls, shop fabricated wood roof trusses, fiber cement siding, shingle roofing, epoxy flooring, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, plumbing fixtures, VRF HVAC system and LED lighting.
