A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2nd Floor Conference Room, Marion Municipal Building, 301 S. Branson St., Marion, IN 46952, at 10:00 A.M. (Prevailing Local Time) on the twenty-ninth (29th) day of August 2024. All bidders, including subcontractors, are encouraged to attend. Prior to the Pre-Bid Conference, bidders should visit the project site.

The City of Marion, Indiana Board of Public Works will receive sealed bids for the Next Level Trails Project until the hours of 9:00 A.M. local time on the sixteenth (16th) day of September 2024. They shall be marked Attn: Mike Graft, Director of Engineering and Planning, and shall be delivered to the Engineering and Traffic Department, Marion Municipal Building, 301 S. Branson St., Marion, IN 46952, for the completion of the work required for the project. All bids received by said time will be held unopened and then taken to the meeting of the City of Marion, Indiana Board of Public Works in the City Hall Council Chambers, Marion Municipal Building, 301 S. Branson St., Marion, IN 46952 and there be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 am.
