A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday October 2, 2024 at 9:00 am local time at the project site, in the
construction trailer, accessed on to N. Calhoun St. via 4th St. (west of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge).
All interested Subcontractors and Suppliers are invited and encouraged to attend. No additional cost will be accepted
due to the Bidder’s failure to avail itself of a complete and thorough onsite inspection of existing conditions.

Bids must be hand delivered and received by the Fort Wayne Department of Parks and Recreation in accordance
with the Bid Documents, no later than Tuesday October 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time, to the front desk at 705 E
State Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. A public bid opening will be held at the Psi-Ote Pavilion, adjacent to the Parks
Department office, immediately following the 2:00 pm deadline of bid submissions.
