Description

Description

Project consists of general work to include a new 2-hour rated electrical room in the X Wing Basement to replace existing electrical equipment located throughout the basement in mechanical and electrical and first floor BSW rooms and mechanical/electrical chases. Electrical work to include removal and replacement of selected existing electrical distribution equipment including a new switchboard, panelboards, transformers and feeders. Mechanical work will include relocation of equipment in the vicinity of the new electrical room and conditioning of the new electrical room. Technology work will consist of an extension of the existing door security system for the new electrical room in the Basement. Fire alarm work will consist of relocating existing devices and installation of new devices.
