February 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time. Check-in at east visitor entrance. Prospective prime bidders are requested
to attend.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids in duplicate until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner
will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
Bid Date: February 20, 2025.
Bid Time: 2:00 p.m. CST, local time.
Location: Champaign CUSD #4 Administrative Offices, 502 W Windsor Road, Champaign IL 61820.
Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
Site Visit Information
All prospective bidders should schedule a site visit to confirm the existing conditions if they cannot be at the pre-bid

Description
Project consists of the demolition of existing dugouts, scorer’s bench and certain portions of
existing fencing and gates. New work includes dugouts, scorer’s box with concessions below, fenced bullpen areas
and new field lighting for the Softball Field at Centennial High School.
