Sealed Bids for the Union City, Indiana, 2025 Street Resurfacing Project, will be received by Union City (Owner) at 105 North Columbia Street, Union City, Indiana 47390 between the business hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, (Local Time), on April 10, 2025; at 1:01 PM on April 10, 2025 the Bids will be publicly opened and read. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR THE UNION CITY, INDIANA, 2025 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected.
