A pre-bid meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on April 9, 2025 at the City Hall, Hartford
City, Indiana. All prime contractors, subcontractors, small, minority or women owned enterprises
and other interested parties are invited to attend.
Bid Information

Sealed bids must be received by the City of Hartford City, Board of Public Works and Safety, at the
Public Works Department located at City Hall, located at 700 N. Walnut St., Hartford City, IN 47348
until 12:00 p.m. (local time) on April 17, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the
Board of Public Works and Safety meeting scheduled to take place at 12:00 p.m. (local time) on the
same date. Any Bids received later than the above time and date will be returned unopened. All
interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as
handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the City will provide such
provisions as long as the request is made by April 14, 2025.
