There will be a pre-bid conference held on at 10:00 AM (local time), on May 22, 2025, at the EACS Service Center Conference Room, 1322 Green Road, New Haven, IN 46774 consisting of review of the project. At this time the Owner's representatives and Architect will discuss the project requirements and procedures. Contractors are highly encouraged to attend. Failure to attend does not relieve the bidder from the responsibility to carry out the work in the manner discussed at the conference. This pre-bid conference does not relieve the bidders to the on-site inspection of the project requirements.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
