A prebid conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time on June 4, 2025, at the Monroe-Gregg School
District Office, 135 S. Chestnut St., Monrovia, Indiana 46157. Attendees shall enter east of the main High
School entrance, parking in small lot beyond east entrance, enter building up stairs and press call box
button for entrance. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, in order to clarify or answer
questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.
Bid Information

The Board of Education will receive bids until 11:00 a.m. local time, on June 18, 2025, in the
Superintendent’s Conference Room of the Monroe-Gregg School District Office, 135 S. Chestnut St.,
Monrovia, Indiana 46157. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly
read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
