PRE-BID OPENING: BIDDERS are highly recommended to attend a pre-bid meeting with representatives of the Owner and Engineer to discuss the projects and related requirements. Pre-bid meeting will convene on June 10th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST at Perry Township Education Center (PTEC), 6548 Orinoco Ave, Indianapolis IN, 46227. Prospective bidders shall meet in the back parking lot by the outdoor chiller yard and then a tour will follow.

Bids shall be received on or before 2:00 pm EST, 06/19/2025 to be valid. Bids received after this day and time will not be considered. Oral, telephonic, telegraphic, facsimile or other electronically transmitted bids will not be considered. Bids shall be submitted on Contractors Bid For Public Works Form 96, along with all documentation requested in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must comply with the Marion County Responsible Bidder Ordinance. Bidders shall include a responsible bidder affidavit of compliance.
