Pre-Bid Information

A pre-bid conference will be held on August 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., local time. Bidders are to meet at the
Conference Room located in the Service Support Center, 55910 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, IN, 46545.
A tour of the project sites can occur after the conference. Attendance by bidders at the meeting and site tour is
optional, but recommend, in order to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for
the Project.

The Board of School Trustees will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, on August 28, 2025, at the
Conference Room located in the Service Support Center, 55910 Bittersweet Road, Mishawaka, IN, 46545.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after
specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
