Sealed proposals will be received in the meeting room on the second floor of the courthouse, 112 East Main Street,
Winamac, IN, until 6:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025. Bids received after the 6:00 p.m. deadline will not be considered but
will be returned to the bidder unopened. All proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud at the County
Commissioner’s Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on December 1, 2025. Only proposals from those CONTRACTORS who are
registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation’s current listing of Prequalified Contractors for items D(A)
“Highway or Railroad Bridge over Water”; or E(C) “Bridge Deck Overlay and Minor Bridge Repair; or E(B) and E(R)
“Asphalt Pavement without INDOT Certified HMA Plant and Asphalt Milling”; or B(A) and E(R) “Asphalt Pavement with
INDOT Certified HMA Plant and Asphalt Milling” will be considered. Any bids submitted by CONTRACTORS not
approved for this item on the list will be returned to the bidder unopened.
