A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on November 24th at 10am
eastern at 3701 Dean Dr, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 Room SL121 (project site) to discuss key bidding requirements and answer questions regarding the Bidding Documents. Attendance by bidders is optional but recommended in-order-to clarify or answer questions concerning the Bidding Documents. Enter through door #17 for the pre-bid meeting.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:00PM (local time) on December 4th, 2025 at the Student Life Center Room SL 121 (3701 Dean
Dr, Fort Wayne, IN 46835) Bids submitted in person must be submitted to the desk attendant at the Student Life Center on 12/4/2025. Bids received by mail or other carrier must be addressed to “Shiel Sexton – c/o
Student Life Center Renovation and received on or before 1:00 PM on 12/3/2025, to be valid. Mailed bids are to be sent to the Shiel Sexton main office (902 N Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204). Bids received after 1:00 PM (local time) will be returned unopened. Electronic bids will
not be accepted.
