Description

Description

The project consists of Roof replacement on campus Building D and adjacent tunnel between Buildings C and D. Roof replacement is a combination of metal shingles, approximately 38,400 square feet, and fully adhered TPO membrane roofing, approximately 4,500 square feet with all associated sheet metal flashings and trim. Project includes removal and infill of (4) existing clerestory dormers at roof level, including roof framing, and interior lighting and ceiling at corridor level. The project will be constructed under a single contact.
