Contractors are invited to meet with the Owner, Construction Manager, and Design Team
at 10:00 AM local time, on December 16, 2025 in the Mt. Vernon Administration Building,
1st Floor Training Room, 1806 W SR 234, Fortville, IN 46040 for a pre-bid conference and
visit of the project site.

A. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids shall be received, publicly opened and read aloud.

Until: 3:00 PM local time, January 8, 2026.
B. Bids received after stated time shall be returned, unopened.
C. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive any informality or error in
bidding for a period of 60 days from bid opening date.
D. The Construction Manager for this project will be AECOM Hunt, 2450 South Tibbs Ave,
Indianapolis, IN 46241.
