Sealed proposals will be received by the Adams County Highway Department on behalf of the Adams County Board of Commissioners, Owner, at the Office of the Auditor at the Adams County Service Complex at 313 W Jefferson St. Decatur, IN 46733, until 10:00 A.M. (Local time) on January 20th, 2026 and then will be publicly opened and read aloud during the Commissioner’s meeting in Room 100. Any bids received later than the above time will be returned unopened.
