A prebid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on January 8, 2026. Attendees shall check-in at New Augusta Public Academy North main entrance, 6450 Rodebaugh Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268. Tours at Fishback Creek Elementary will follow. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, in order to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.

The Board of Education will receive bids until 9:30 a.m. local time, on January 22, 2026 in Room A115A of the MSD of Pike Township Transportation and Facility Center, 3950 West 56th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46254. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
