Sealed Bids for the Town of Speedway, Indiana, 25th Street Reconstruction Project – Phase II, will be received by the Town of Speedway (Owner) at the Town Hall of the Town of Speedway Clerk Treasurers Office, located at 5300 Crawfordsville, Road, Speedway, IN 46224, between 8:00AM and 2:00 PM, (Local Time), on January 29, 2026; at 2:01 PM, on January 29, 2026, the Bids will be publicly opened and read at the same location. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF SPEEDWAY, INDIANA, 25th STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT – PHASE II" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected.
