Sealed Bids for the Town of Orestes, Indiana, 2026 Street Resurfacing Project, will be received by the Town of Orestes
(Owner) at the Orestes Town Hall located at 14 E. Oak Street, Orestes, IN 46063, on February 4, 2026, from 9:00AM to
11:00AM; on February 4, 2026, at 11:01AM, the bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall, located at 14
E. Oak Street, Orestes, IN 46063. Each Bid should be clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR TOWN OF ORESTES,
INDIANA, 2026 STREET RESURFACING PROJECT" and the bidders name and address on the outside of the
envelope. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be
rejected.
