Description
The project includes interior and exterior work. Exterior work includes masonry cleaning;
tuckpointing; replacement of damaged bricks; removal and installation of sealant; installation of new flashings;
installation of new steel lintels, replacing existing wood soffits, replacing window transom panels, concrete repair,
stone repair, and painting. Interior work includes masonry cleaning, tuckpointing, window head removal and repair,
plaster ceiling repair, concrete foundation wall repair, and painting.
