Bidders shall attend a pre-bid conference with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss demolition sequence, securities, contractor's work and storage areas and requirements for contractor's personnel working on the
Project. No additional costs of any type will be allowed by the failure of the Bidder to avail himself of the privilege of
on-site inspection and pre-bid conference. Pre-bid conference will start at 10AM, on February 12th, 2026 at the South Adams Community Room, 1000 Parkway Street, Berne, IN 46711.
