Description

The scope of work is anticipated to include, but is not limited to, the following areas. Contractors are encouraged to recommend additional necessary or preventative repairs discovered during assessment.

- Interior wall repair, finishing, and painting
- Smoke and fire damage remediation (as necessary)
- Removal and replacement of sanctuary flooring
- Subfloor inspection and structural remediation as needed
- Restoration or reconstruction of pulpit and platform
- Ceiling repair or replacement, including acoustic considerations
- Lighting fixture replacement and electrical upgrades
- Electrical rewiring and code compliance
- Emergency lighting and exit signage
- Doors, trim, and interior millwork repairs
- Coordination with HVAC, fire alarm, and safety systems if impacted
- ADA accessibility compliance as applicable
