Attend a pre-bid conference with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss demolition sequence, securities, contractor's work and storage areas and requirements for contractor's personnel working on the Project. No additional costs of any type will be allowed by the failure of the Bidder to avail himself of the privilege of on-site inspection and pre-bid conference.
