A prebid conference will be held on March 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Bidders are to meet at the Board Room located in the Southmont Schools Central Office, 6401 US 231 S, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933. A tour of the project site can occur after the conference. Attendance by bidders at the meeting and site tour is optional, but recommend, in order to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project.

The Board of Trustees, Southmont Schools will receive sealed bids for the referenced projects. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 7, 2026 at the Southmont Schools Central Office, 6401 US 231 S, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend.
