A mandatory pre-bid meeting for discussion of the Project, reviewing the scope of work, project specifications and drawings, bid documents, the bidding qualifying requirements and other important matters will be held at MSD of Wayne Twp, 7202 W McCarty St, Indianapolis, IN, 46241 on March 24, 2026. The Roofing pre-bid meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the conference room at the Operations Center. Immediately following the prebid meeting, an opportunity to tour the project site will be offered. All prospective bidders are required to attend this mandatory meeting. Bidders will be responsible for complying with items discussed at the meeting.

The sealed bids will be received until April 9th, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (EST). Bids must be delivered to: Mr. Steve Samuel, Assistant Superintendent for Finances and Operations MSD of Wayne Township 1220 S High School Rd Indianapolis, IN 46241All Bids received at such place, date, and time will be opened and read aloud in public at the address listed above immediately after the posted time. All bids received after such time will not be considered and returned to the respective bidder unopened.

Job Purchase Information:

---Complete sets of bidding documents are available, for a $90.00 Refundable Deposit check per set, (Limit 3 sets) made payable to MSD of Wayne Township (include the job name in the reference line).

---Email a copy of the refundable deposit check (for shipping and delivery orders) to fishersplanroomservices@easternengineering.com AND deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering-Fishers IN Office.

Only Complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such sets in good and usuable condition within (10)ten days of the bid date will be refunded their deposit.

---If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.

Bidding documents may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page (plus Processing/ECO fee, Shipping when applicable, and Tax). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required before printing purchases.
