A prebid conference will be held at 2:30 pm, EST, on June 30, 2026 at West Lafayette Jr/Sr. High School,
1105 Grant Street, West Lafayette, IN (meet at Door 12 on the south side of the building). Attendance by
bidders is optional, but recommended, and bidders can ask questions concerning plans/specifications for the
Project.

Notice is hereby given the governing body of West Lafayette Community School Corporation (“School”) is
requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide work and services related to routine operation, repair,
and/or maintenance of its buildings and facilities at West Lafayette Jr./Sr. High School (“Project”). Sealed bids
will be received until 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 23, 2026 at the West Lafayette Community School
Corporation District Office, 3061 Benton St, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906. Bids received after this time will
not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. All
interested parties are invited to attend.
