Description

Description

Project consists of improvements and 14,600 square feet addition to the existing asphalt parking lot, improvement of existing curb cut on Chicago Street, pavement markings, joint sealant, parking blocks, signage, seeding and mulching areas surrounding the sidewalks and lots. Alternate bid #1 shall include changing from asphalt paving to concrete paving.
