Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Memorial Park Sanitary and Water Improvement Project will be received by the Henry County Board of Commissioners at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office conference room, located at 1033 Ron Lampe Way, New Castle, IN 47362, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM (local time) on August 12, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Henry County Board of Commissioners meeting at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office conference room, located at 1033 Ron Lampe Way, New Castle, IN 47362 beginning at 11:00 AM (local time) on the same date. Any Bids received later than the above times and date will be returned unopened.
