A mandatory meeting for discussion of the Services, reviewing the scope of work, project specifications and drawings, RFP documents, qualifying requirements, and other important matters will be virtually and/or held at 608 W Commerce St, Brownstown, IN 47220 on October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Immediately following the meeting, an opportunity to tour the project site(s) will be offered. All prospective offerors must attend this important meeting. Offerors will be responsible for complying with items discussed at the meeting.

Bidding documents may be purchased per the options and pricing listed on the Order page (plus Processing/ECO fee, Shipping when applicable, and Tax). Credit Card or Eastern Engineering Charge Account required before printing purchases.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Shipping Information tab.
