Job Purchase Information:
---Complete sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained by Bidders on or after April 23rd, 2012 from Eastern Engineering Reprographics, 1239 N. Wells., Ft. Wayne, IN 46808, phone (260)426-3119 for a deposit of $100.00, checks only, made payable to Design Collaborative (include the job name in the reference line).
---After placing your order, fax a copy of the check (for shipping and delivery orders) to Eastern Engineering-Ft. Wayne Office
AND deliver the original check (for all orders) to Eastern Engineering-Ft. Wayne Office.
---The Owner will provide each invited General Contractor with (1) set of complete Bidding Documents. General Contractors are allowed up to THREE (3) additional sets of complete Bidding Documents for the bid deposit amount.
---Subcontractors are allowed (1) set of complete Bidding Documents for the bid deposit amount.
---Bid deposits shall be returned under the following conditions:
1. A responsible Bid is received and the Bid Documents are returned to Eastern Engineering in good condition within (15) days of receipt of Bids.
2. The prospective Bidder notifies the Architect of his intention not to Bid prior to bid and returns his Bid Documents
---If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering Supply and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
