Bidders shall attend a pre-bid conference with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss demolition sequence, securities, contractor's work and storage areas and requirements for contractor's personnel working on the Project. No additional costs of any type will be allowed by the failure of the Bidder to avail himself of the privilege of on-site inspection and pre-bid conference

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
