A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. (local) on March 19, 2025 inside the house located on the project site southwest of the intersection of State Route 62 and Scenic Drive, Jefferson County, IN 47243. The attendees will be allowed to tour the building site. Bidders not in attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting will be considered non-responsive.

Sealed bids for the construction of the new Veterinary Teaching Center on the Hanover College campus at 4025 W State Road 56, Hanover, IN 47243 will be received by the Vice President for Business Affairs in the Business Office located at 495 College Avenue, Hanover, IN 47243 until 2:00 p.m. (local) on April 11, 2025. Bids will be dated and time stamped when received. The bids will be open publicly at 4:00 p.m. (local) on April 11, 2025, in the President’s Conference Room in the Long Administration Building at 495 College Avenue, IN 47243.
